This issue features nine articles exploring diverse aspects of Islamic education management, innovative teaching strategies, and practical responses to contemporary educational challenges. Topics covered include the application of Cooperative Learning to boost student motivation and engagement in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Islamic-based leadership and conflict management in pesantren, strengthening the leadership role in managing student organizations, and evaluating the effectiveness of Indonesian Qur’anic murattal media in tahfidz learning at Islamic elementary schools. Other articles discuss strategies in public relations to increase community interest in modern pesantren, the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure financial quality assurance in dayah, integrating Qur’anic principles into educational supervision, fostering students’ independence in religious practice, pesantren strategies to counter radicalism among students, and analysis of the Kurikulum Merdeka and its impact on learning quality in Senior High Schools. Together, these contributions reaffirm Itqan’s commitment to publishing contextual, practical, and impactful scholarship that supports the advancement of Islamic education in Indonesia and throughout Southeast Asia.
