Every article that enters the editorial office will be selected through a Preliminary Review process by the Editorial Board. Then the article will be sent to the Reviewers and will enter further selection with the Double Blind Preview Process. After that, the article will be returned to the author for revision. This process takes a month for maximum time. In each manuscript, Reviewers will be assessed from the substance and technical aspects. Reviewers who work with Seulanga: Journal of Child Education are experts in the field of Early Childhood Education and the issues surrounding it. All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff.
Manuscripts evaluated by the editors not meeting the journal's criteria will be immediately rejected without external review. The editor then makes a decision based on the reviewer's recommendations from several possibilities: rejected, revision needed, or accepted. The editor has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published. Review Process:

1. The author sends the manuscript
2. Editor's Evaluation (some manuscripts are rejected or returned before the review process)
3. Double Blind peer review process
4. Editor's Decision
5. Confirmation to the author
